Our Price Match Promise

  • If an identical product is available from a legitimate retailer at a lower price, Future Electronics may match the verified price.
  • Our goal is to offer competitive value while maintaining our standards for product authenticity, quality, and customer service.

Price Match Eligibility

A product may qualify for price matching if:

  • It is exactly the same brand and model.
  • It has the same specifications, size, features, and variant.
  • The competitor’s product is currently available and in stock.
  • The competitor is a legitimate and established retailer.
  • The lower price is genuine and publicly available.
  • The product is new, original, and covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

Proof of a Lower Price

Customers may provide any of the following as proof:

  • A current product listing on the competitor’s website
  • A valid advertisement or promotional offer
  • A written quotation
  • A current invoice or price confirmation from the retailer

Future Electronics reserves the right to verify the competitor’s price and product availability before approving a price match.

Products and Offers Not Eligible

Price matching may not apply to:

  • Clearance or liquidation prices
  • Products being sold below cost
  • Limited-stock or limited-time offers
  • Coupon or voucher prices
  • Membership-only or personalized discounts
  • Used, refurbished, open-box, or damaged products
  • Products sold by unauthorized sellers
  • Incorrectly advertised prices or pricing errors
  • Offers that include additional products, services, gifts, or benefits not included in our offer

A price match generally cannot be combined with another Future Electronics discount, promotion, coupon, installment offer, or special deal.

Online and In-Store Price Matching

Our Price Matching Policy may apply to both online and in-store purchases, provided the competitor and offer meet all eligibility requirements.

For online price matching, the competitor’s website must represent a legitimate retailer, and the product must be available for purchase at the advertised price.

Price Verification

Before approving a request, our team may verify:

  • Product brand, model, and specifications
  • Competitor’s current selling price
  • Product availability
  • Seller authenticity
  • Delivery or additional charges
  • Warranty coverage
  • Terms and conditions attached to the competitor’s offer

A price match will only be approved after the lower price and competing offer have been successfully verified.

Price Match Process

To request a price match:

  1. Contact the Future Electronics team with details of the lower-priced offer.
  2. Provide the relevant product information and proof of the competitor’s price.
  3. Allow our team to verify the product, retailer, and offer.
  4. If approved, the applicable price adjustment will be made before the order is finalized.

Final Decision

  • Future Electronics reserves the right to approve or decline any price matching request based on the terms of this policy.
  • Approval is subject to product availability, the authenticity of the competing offer, and successful verification by our team.
  • The decision made by Future Electronics regarding a price match will be final.
